Could you possibly show some of the maintenance costs (bakes/clutch/oil/ a standard maintenance at a mileage that would be covered) that are being offset by the maintenance agreement.     "It's strange to say this about a car buying experience, but we absolutely enjoyed our recent purchase at MINI of Portland. The thing that struck us the most was that nearly all of the employees we talked to, from sales people to finance people to shop people actually drive a MINI too- what a great endorsement! The process was super smooth, our NEXT certified car is fabulous (and I consider that we got an outstanding deal). Everyone involved made us feel appreciated, and I truly feel like they worked to get us the best deal they could, without any pressure. I also appreciated Peter's advice on different car models and options, and his no-stress, no pressure sales approach. VERY happy customers. Definitely will be returning to MINI of Portland- can't imagine buying a car anywhere else but the dealer after this experience.
